Not only does the ELEVATE Row provide the top of the line cardio options needed for the workout, but the unique bodyweight driven design of the equipment makes it a versatile piece that can be adjusted to accommodate varying degrees of difficulty, as well as strength training options. Building community and fostering a team atmosphere is one of the key goals of CLASS by UFC, and the Elevate Row facilitates that by allowing every participant to enjoy the same workout experience while meeting their own fitness level and goals.
